Happy Post-Democracy Day Nigeria...
Hello People,
Happy Post-democracy day!
I've been so busy... while everyone was having a nice bank holiday celebrating Nigeria's growing democracy, I was working over the weekend. Was so busy I hardly had time even to post.
This is toasting to a bright, beautiful future for Nigeria where everyone lives in peace, prosperity and health.
Amidst all the work, I had some time to do some socialising. My friend Toke Akande, became Mrs Aiyeola over the weekend. Here's wishing her and her husband a Happy married Life.

Also, had a couple of social events which I'll share with you guys. Yesterday, Mayfair Gardens Estate Organised a health event for her residents. There was free health screenings for Hypertension, diabetes and eye tests. There was also supposed to be a health talk which I was supposed to give but did'nt as it did'nt hold anymore. Thumbs up to Mayfair for making health a priority in their agenda.

Also, yesterday I attended a red carpet event organised by the catholic archdiocese of Lagos, Lagos Archdiocesan Music commission (LAMCOM) at the Muson centre, Lagos. The strictly-by-invitation red carpet event was a fund raiser, concert and dinner to promote the growth of sacred music in the archdiocese. We were treated to lovely renditions of christian classical music and had a relaxing time. Music they say is food for the soul. I totally agree, as I left feeling rejuvenated and uplifted. Here are some pictures and a video of the event.

Well, just thought it would be nice to share some gist with you today to spice things up rather than talking about health all the time. I hope you enjoyed the post and pictures?

Till my next post, Stay beautiful, well and Healthy Pink.
